2026 Call for Speakers: General Guidelines

Selection Process

This Call for Speakers will be open for a limited time. Please submit your proposal by May 29th, 2026.

All submissions will be reviewed by the Frontiers Health team, which will assess their alignment with the core pillars of the 2026 edition. Selected applicants may be contacted to schedule a brief introductory call with a member of our team prior to final confirmation.

Due to the limited number of available speaking slots, the selection and confirmation process may require some time. However, applicants are welcome to contact the Frontiers Health team at any point to check on the status of their submission.

Topics & Formats

We strongly encourage proposals that are aligned with the official core pillars of Frontiers Health. However, we also welcome outstanding topics or best‑in‑class case studies, provided they are relevant to the Frontiers Health community.

Frontiers Health reserves the right to confirm the proposed topic or to suggest an alternative topic or speaking format, depending on the overall structure and balance of the conference agenda.

Start-ups & Scale-ups

For innovative startups and scaleups, the CEO is preferably required to participate as the speaker. Alternative profiles may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the content, strategic relevance, and impact of the proposed session. Please note that some companies applying through this Call for Speakers may be evaluated for potential inclusion in the Start-up and Scale-up Discovery program.

Community Principles

Frontiers Health is a community driven conference, made possible through the support and active participation of its ecosystem. The event is built on collaboration, shared value, and genuine knowledge exchange among leaders shaping the future of health and healthcare.

For this reason, Frontiers Health does not offer speaker fees and does not cover travel or accommodation expenses. Speaking opportunities are awarded based on the quality, relevance, and originality of the content, as well as the speaker’s willingness to contribute to the community.
