Susan is Director for Google Health in the UK. She joined Google 3 years ago after more than 15 years of consulting in the health and life sciences industry, most recently as a senior partner at Ernst & Young. Prior to moving into consulting, Susan was a practicing physician in both the UK and Australia, where she undertook her training in medicine for the elderly. During her time in consulting, Susan worked across the NHS, with a focus on improving clinical quality and operational performance - not least through the incorporation of digital technologies.
