Elcie is the EU Commercial Director for Digital Health at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Europe Ltd. and has been leading the Digital Health business in Europe since January 2021. She is responsible for developing the strategy and driving implementation across all aspects of the European business for Otsuka’s Digital Health pipeline and for future business development. Since joining Otsuka in 2015, Elcie has been in several leadership roles including as the Commercial Director for a new pharmaceutical product launch across Europe and as the Market Access Director for Otsuka’s psychiatry portfolio. Prior to Otsuka, Elcie was a Consultant with an international market access consultancy and has worked across many different therapeutic areas (including oncology, nephrology, and ophthalmology), supporting a number of pharmaceutical products from Top 10 pharma companies across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific. Elcie has a research scientist background where she was a Postdoctoral Associate at Yale University and has a PhD from Imperial College London.
